1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BundleAI ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BundleAI.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.

2 Service Description

BundleAI provides an AI-powered chat interface that enables users to interact with large language models, perform web searches, query documents, and utilize persistent session memory. The Service is hosted at bundleai.cloud and made available via web browser.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes, but are not obligated to do so.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Not share your account with or transfer it to any other person

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for extended periods.

4 Token Credits & Payments

BundleAI operates on a token credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed as you use the Service. The following terms govern all purchases:

• All sales are final. Token credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.
• Credit balances do not expire, but may be forfeited upon account termination for violations of these terms.
• Prices are subject to change. Changes will not affect credits already purchased.
• Payment is processed by third-party providers (Stripe and Cryptomus). By purchasing, you agree to their respective terms.
• Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of remaining credits.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BundleAI to:

• Generate, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Create malware, phishing content, or other malicious software
• Attempt to deceive, defraud, or manipulate other individuals
• Violate the intellectual property rights of any person or entity
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other technical measures
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service in an automated fashion without authorization
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its infrastructure
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access underlying AI models or systems

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations, including account suspension and reporting to law enforcement where required.

6 Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, trademarks, and other intellectual property comprising the BundleAI Service are owned by or licensed to BundleAI. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (your prompts, uploaded documents, etc.). By submitting content, you grant BundleAI a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

AI-generated outputs produced in response to your inputs are provided to you for your personal or commercial use, subject to any restrictions imposed by the underlying model providers.

7 Privacy

Your use of BundleAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We take data security seriously and implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8 Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUNDLEAI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

AI outputs should not be relied upon as professional legal, medical, financial, or other specialized advice. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.

9 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BUNDLEAI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated content

In no event shall BundleAI's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to BundleAI in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

10 Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service
• Creates legal liability for BundleAI

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, disclaimers, and intellectual property provisions) will remain in effect.

11 Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version to this page. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify registered users via email or in-app notification.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion.
